In the Spring of 2005 we purchased another unit in our building from some departing co-owners. The top floor, one bedroom, street facing apartment is roughly 600 square feet; it would be pretty snug for two people but it's pretty cushy for one person. The windows on the left are the living room windows, on the right is the kitchen window. It's an investment property for us, and we'll be renting it out.
