During the 2 years they had lived in the unit, the previous owners did several very smart projects (installing heat, a kitchen remodel, new shower pan, etc.), and only a few odd updates. The sellers arranged for a clean up crew to deliver the flat freshly painted and ready to rent. We ripped out the bamboo blinds in the living room and replaced them with clean white curtains, and removed the oversized paper lantern from the light fixture and put a plain glass cover on it (chandeliers are on the wish list). The new paint is Antique White - the same color as the kitchen in our flat. Classy!
