Taken from "Traditional Home" April 2006, pg 135. I'm
actually not a big drinker, a big drink maker, or a fan of berries or Bombay gin
(I'm a Tanqueray girl myself), but this recipe looked like something great to
make for a summer evening gathering, so I saved it. Bottom's up!
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, jam, lemon juice, and 4 mint leaves. Add ice
cubes. Cover; shake well. Strain into martini glass. Add lemonade to fill glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and additional mint leaves. Makes 1 drink.
2 tablespoons Bombay Sapphire gin
2 teaspoons seedless raspberry jam
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 mint leaves
1/2 cup lemonade, chilled
