cupcakes of all flavors - including Chocolate
Dump-It batter poured into cupcake pans and cooked for 20 minutes!
Directions
Beat together the confectioners' sugar, butter, milk and vanilla until
smooth. If the frosting seems stiff, add another tablespoon of milk. Beat
in the food coloring until blended and monochromatic.
