Garlic-Roasted Green Beans

Heat oven to 400F. In large bowl toss together beans, oil, garlic, and lemon zest; place in single layer in roasting pan. Roast for about 15 minutes or until wrinkled, stirring once. Season with salt and pepper.

Serves 8.


2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp grated lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
